![]() ![]() It then showed 6.14 and everything was good. Once again the response code worked, and again the 'about' tab showed CC2015.14 until I restarted LR. I tried signing out on the MacBook, then had the whole can't connect when I tried to reactivate. I'm now fairly confused, and to make matters worse at one point (although I can't remember where that point occurred), it connected me to a page saying the serial number wasn't genuine, although I have the original receipt from Adobe and am careful with serial number security.Ī long call to Adobe didn't help as their suggestion was to move to CC or try to sign out on my MacBook in case the software had been inadvertently registered on two machines already, which was a possiblity as I hadn't deactivated before wiping the disk on my previous MacBook. Went through the process, entered the response code and waaahey it activated and worked - except that under the 'about' tab it show LR CC2015.14 along with some develop extras that 6.14 doesn't have. However when I disconnected from wifi, the AAM asked for offline activation using a request code. Installation went ok but when it came to activation the Application Manager (AAM) wouldn't connect to the activation server (spinner for a minute or so then failure) I have LR 6.14 installed on my MacBook under Mojave (working fine) and decided to install it on an older iMac under Yosemite as a test.
